Self reality
People react differently to the issues they are faced with, some opting to give up while others deal with them head on, sometimes with little, or no hope of finding a solution. Fear of the unknown plays an important role when it comes to combating issues in life whereby, as one is faced with a bad situation for the first time, isolation becomes a key component of their lives. This is brought about by ones' perception that they are the only ones undergoing such an experience and no other person has gone through it. We should realize that no matter how hard we are on ourselves, just because we got ourselves into those issues we choose to include as part of our lives, there is always a solution and we don't have to wait for others to find it. So if you think you are in a messed up situation either self inflicted, or through the assistance of some other party, don't let that situation get to you. It all starts with beliving in yourself. You should not allow issues to tear you down and get stuck in life, sometimes we face them only to realise the potential of our limits by overcoming them.

This is a difficult one because when you are faced with a hard issue, you need time to take a step back and think about how you're going to deal with it. Some people jump in feet first without thought only to make the wrong decision and like you said, others have a deep fear that becomes overwhelming because they feel that nobody else has been through the same problem.
ReplyDeleteOver the years, I've learnt to take the time to think about the options, but at the end of the day, even those decisions have not always been the perfect solution, but what it did do, was to give me great experience. We live and learn. Nice Post.
Consultation with the family I think is one of the solutions that we can take, but the decision remains in our hands..
