Putting an end to the sequence

Experience is believed to be the best teacher but what if you keep going through the same thing over again despite having been messed up by what you have gone through, it is a question that is open and am sure many people find themselves in this state. Picture a spouse who is constantly being abused by the latter and still holds on to what seems like an everlasting tormenting commitment with someone who does not show signs of turning a new leaf or a person who frequently finds themselves in compromising situations that put them in grave danger regardless of the fact that they know the circumstances that put them there in the first place before it already happens.
Maybe it’s an addiction of some sort or acting forces beyond our control but such humility and constant repetition in a person’s life is cause for alarm. Personally have done and experienced things I swore never again to go through yet I keep finding myself in the same situation all over again. Can’t really explain reasons behind this, but one thing I do know is by the end of it all, the only thing I want is not to go through it again.
Perhaps am being too rigid in embracing changes in my life resorting to the simple normal daily routine that am used and comfortable with something that exposes me to the same situations. Changes are bound to happen whether I like it or not and so the best thing for me is to be prepared thus once they happen I know exactly how to react and accommodate them.
Desperation is another factor which blinds individuals into believing that the immediate solution is the only alternative to what they desire in life. Taking time to explore all the options is critical when you find yourself in such a situation since rushing into things my later on lead to regrets. Patience is another thing of which am working on and am sure in the long run I will be in a position to make the right choices and predict a disappointment brewing to happen thus avoid the whole drama of experiencing it.
Whatever the kind of situations we find ourselves in despite having gone through them once or twice, moving on is something critical and if it helps it doesn’t stress to take notes. A constant reminder of past mistakes will keep you alert on things happening around you and we should not limit ourselves to them, in fact they are the ones that bring out the greatness locked within us once we overcome and learn how to avoid them.
